Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do! We currently deliver to Sydney Metro. A delivery fee may apply depending on the delivery location, day/time and order value. Just add your postcode to see if a delivery fee is applicable to your location.

Is there a minimum order value?

Nothing is too small for us (or too big :)). Just get in touch, and we’ll try our best to make it work for you.

Can I pick up my catering?

Heck yeah, you can! Come find us:

How do I pay for my order?

Money’s money. So we’ll accept anything that’ll pay the bills :)

Cash on delivery* (with a deposit to secure the date), EFT (preferred), AMEX/Visa/Mastercard is also available however there’s a small 2% online card fee on top of the order.

Are deposits required?

Yep. We require a 20% deposit of the quoted order to secure the date of your event. You can still add/remove items from your order up to 7 days from your event date.

Can I cancel my order?

We offer 100% refund for orders > 7 days from the event date. A 50% refund for orders < 7 days. No refunds will be given for cancellations under 72 hours’ notice.

Can you do a nut free party?

Of course! Just put it in the notes, and we’ll make sure everything is nut free for all the items you’ve ordered :)
